Masaar Sarai is a collection of 36 standalone mansions within the Masaar master community in Tilal, Sharjah, developed by Arada and scheduled for completion in March 2026.

Masaar is Arada's flagship gated development in Tilal, a district positioned along the Sharjah–Dubai corridor. The project organises seven distinct sub-communities around a central green spine planted with over 50,000 trees, making the forested interior one of the more unusual propositions in a region where most master communities default to hardscape and ornamental planting.
