Omniyat is the privately held Dubai developer founded in 2005 with a portfolio focused on the upper-tier of the luxury residential market. The Opus in Business Bay, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, is the company's most recognised commercial address and one of the last completed projects from the practice during the architect's lifetime.
