Silke Viola Leistner

Silke Viola Leistner is Director of International Relations at JRE, based in Dubai. Born and educated in Germany, she holds a Diplom-Betriebswirt in business administration with a specialisation in controlling from Coburg University, and began her career in controlling and executive management support at HUK-Coburg and Bayerische Assicurazioni. That grounding in financial discipline continues to shape the way she structures client engagements today.

Leistner has worked in property since 2006 and has spent close to two decades guiding private clients through international acquisitions. Since 2018 she has held senior international relations and sales roles with a Dubai-based global group, directing operations across Europe and building the cross-border networks that now inform her work for JRE's international client base.

She works in four languages, German, English, French and Italian, holding the Cambridge Proficiency certification in English, and is known for her strength in negotiation and marketing strategy. For European private clients approaching the Dubai market, she offers something increasingly rare: a senior advisor who can conduct the entire relationship, from first enquiry to completion, in the client's own language.
