The result is recognisably the fashion house's aesthetic without becoming a showroom exercise. Natural materials and warm tones anchor the spaces, while the layouts are oriented to maximise water views across the canal and the surrounding island.

Outdoor space is part of the offer at every level. The connection to the waterfront, including direct beach access, is built into the site rather than treated as an amenity add-on.
