Kitchens arrive fully fitted as standard. Owners may commission bespoke furniture packages under the Six Senses brand at an additional cost, allowing a level of interior continuity with the amenity spaces that most branded residences leave as an afterthought.

The Palm Jumeirah Boardwalk is roughly four minutes by car (2.8 km). Atlantis Mall and Aquaventure Waterpark are both reachable in under ten minutes. The International School of Choueifat is an 18-minute drive, which matters to the buyer moving a family rather than purchasing a holiday asset.

Downtown Dubai sits 28 km away, approximately 31 minutes under normal traffic conditions. That distance makes the West Crescent a genuine retreat rather than a commuter address, which some buyers will regard as a feature and others as a constraint worth clarifying before purchase.
