Cavalli Couture is a 40-residence development by DAMAC positioned at the edge of Safa Park in Dubai, comprising two towers of fully furnished apartments and penthouses due for completion in Q4 2025.

# Two Towers at the Junction of Park and Canal

The project occupies one of the more considered addresses in central Dubai, where the greenery of Safa Park meets the Dubai Water Canal. Two towers rise from a shared podium, with the park essentially at the doorstep: the distance recorded is 110 metres. With only 40 residences across both buildings, the density is deliberately low for a DAMAC project of this scale, giving the development a closer relationship to a private residence club than a conventional tower.

The Roberto Cavalli branding runs deeper than a logo on the lobby wall. The interiors carry the house's signature animal prints and natural motifs throughout, and the terracing and planting on the exterior facade are designed to echo a tropical landscape. It is a specific aesthetic choice, not a neutral one, and buyers either respond to it or they do not.

The Burj Khalifa, despite sitting 9.7 kilometres by road, registers a six-minute drive in off-peak conditions. Horizon English School is five minutes away at 2.2 kilometres, which matters to families calibrating a primary residence rather than a pied-à-terre.

The address connects easily to Sheikh Zayed Road without depositing residents into the congestion of Downtown itself, a geographical advantage that the Safa Park corridor has quietly held for some years.

# The Buyer This Project Is Designed For

At AED 21.9 million entry and a service charge that runs to six figures annually on larger units, Cavalli Couture is not positioning for volume. Construction stood at approximately 15 per cent complete at time of listing, with a Q4 2025 target.
